Listing approvals and pricing checks.
Record authority status, vendor approval and pricing-review progress in the property preparation workspace. Marketing uses the existing listing checks.
PEOPLE · PROPERTY · OPPORTUNITY
Your relationships hold more than information. They hold your next opportunity.
A real estate workspace connecting people, property and the next action. Follow the relationship from the first conversation to the next chapter.
In development. Android prototype available for testing by arrangement.
Know the person.
Understand the property.
See what comes next.
A database should help a relationship move forward.
Huntia’s direction is simple: bring the context and the work together, so agents can act with purpose and principals can see the whole agency.
Built for both sides of the business ↘ONE RELATIONSHIP. THE WHOLE JOURNEY.
Explore the way Huntia connects the work.
This is an illustrative website example, not a live CRM session.
TRY A PROPERTY ENQUIRY
Try a sample enquiry to see how a contact is created or matched, linked to a property and assigned to an agent for follow-up. This demonstration uses temporary test records that clear on refresh.
SAMPLE ENQUIRY RECORD
Submit Alex’s enquiry once to create a contact. Submit again to see the same contact reused while each enquiry is retained.
INDIVIDUAL FOCUS. AGENCY PERSPECTIVE.
Keep the relationship in view as a property moves through appraisals, preparation, buyer feedback and offers.

Make the checks and the recorded actions part of the listing journey, from preparation through offers and negotiation.
Record authority status, vendor approval and pricing-review progress in the property preparation workspace. Marketing uses the existing listing checks.
Keep offer terms, vendor responses and pricing-review flags attached to the property, so the next action has a clear context.
Retain recorded review outcomes, notes, lifecycle changes and marketing activity alongside the property’s other records.
The Android prototype includes listing and pricing checks and recorded review outcomes. Shared agency oversight and state-specific coverage still require implementation and verification. Huntia supports compliance work; it does not guarantee compliance or replace professional advice.
BEYOND A SINGLE TRANSACTION
Follow the full property lifecycle, with marketing activity, buyer feedback and vendor conversations kept together.

Agency-wide reporting, live AI calling and automated delivery are not available yet.
PLANNED FEATURES · NOT YET AVAILABLE
These features are in Huntia’s planned scope. Availability depends on implementation, testing and access to the relevant providers.
Give vendors access to approved campaign updates, inspection feedback, offer summaries and agreed actions for their own property.
Capture enquiries from connected websites, email and portals. Match contacts, link properties and assign follow-up to the right agent, with uncertain matches queued for review.
Prepare and approve a listing once, then distribute it to supported residential and commercial websites. REA and Domain connections require approved feed access or an authorised provider.
Match recorded buyer preferences to new properties and identify suitable buyers when preparing an appraisal. Agents can review suggested matches before contacting clients.
Schedule vendor updates, buyer follow-ups and transaction reminders. Show overdue tasks and retain communication preferences separately from enquiry and inspection records.
Track enquiry sources and response times, appraisal-to-listing conversion, pipeline progress and team activity. Planned financial views include property marketing spend, commission splits and settlement forecasts.
Live delivery, portal feeds and shared client access are not connected in the current prototype. Reporting will use recorded agency data; forecasts will remain separate from completed results.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Huntia is in development. An Android prototype is available for testing by arrangement. A launch date for agencies and subscription pricing have not been announced.
This is Huntia’s sales landing page. The signed-in web CRM is a separate part of the build, planned for agent and principal workflows using shared records.
Not yet. The current prototype prepares communication drafts and records activity. Live calling, email delivery through a connected provider and automatic engagement tracking still require integration and testing.
The Android prototype includes an offers overview. Agency performance figures elsewhere in the principal workspace are currently illustrative. Real office reporting and permissions are part of the work to connect agency records and reporting.
The Android prototype records listing approvals, pricing-review checks, offer terms and review outcomes against the property. Shared agency oversight and state-specific coverage are still to be implemented and verified. These tools support an agency’s compliance work; they do not guarantee compliance or replace professional advice.
Agency imports are on hold while the CRM, marketing and website are completed and tested. Early conversations can focus on your workflows and what you would need from a pilot.
